Leading up to the release of Life is Strange 2, it was taking a different approach. Moving away from the previous characters and introducing new Life is Strange before the Storm has at least 2 endings. One that leads to the events of the Original Life is Strange And one ending that leads to "Life is Strange 2" I really dig the idea that before the storm could take place in an alternate time line where things are drastically different. I liked Life is Strange, I chose the bae ending because of course, and Chloe didn’t deserve to die. That was an easy to digest ending for me. What isn’t easy to digest is the ending of Before the Storm, because the whole time I knew that Rachel dies, that this pure wild happiness shown (like holy shit, that ending sequence) would end in Life is Strange: Before the Storm gives players a chance to get to know the real Rachel Amber better, and to see her relationship with Chloe first-hand.
